ALG Financial is compensated by clients for advisory services. Our fee schedule and any conflicts of interest are disclosed in our Form ADV, available on the Investment Adviser Public Disclosure (IAPD) database or directly from us by email or phone.

Where are my assets actually held?

Client assets are held at an independent, third-party custodian, not by ALG Financial. You retain direct access to your accounts and receive statements from the custodian.

Do you work with clients who live off-island?

Yes. We serve clients wherever we are permitted to do business, and meet by video and phone as readily as in our Hagatna office.

I have been named a trustee. Can you help?

Yes. We help trustees build and document a prudent investment process and keep clear records of the decisions made. We do not provide legal advice or interpret trust documents; we work alongside the trustee’s attorney.

What happens in a first meeting?
